Pricing
AI Automation Pricing for Local Businesses
Starting prices are published below, and the first two steps cost nothing: a free 30-minute audit, then a working prototype of one job in 5 business days, free. If you go ahead, the build is a fixed price agreed before any work starts. No hourly billing, and no invoice you didn't agree to.
How much does AI automation cost?
The audit is free. These are starting prices; your fixed quote depends on how many apps are involved and how much the job has to handle.
Start here
Free working prototype
One workflow or one agent, working within 5 business days. No obligation.
- Starts after the free 30-minute audit, once we agree on the one job
- Built on your real tools in a test setup, or on sample data you provide
- Shown on a video call, or in person for free across the GTA and Simcoe County
- If you go ahead, you pay the fixed build price below and the prototype isn't charged on top
- If you don't, you owe nothing and keep a written summary with the full build cost
- 4 a month, first come, first served
One job
Single automation
Fixed price, quoted after the free audit.
- One job, such as missed-call text-back, quote follow-up, review requests or invoice chasing
- Built inside the apps you already use
- A test version before it goes live
- Documentation, a walkthrough and 2 weeks of support
Answers and books
AI agent build
For bigger jobs, such as an AI phone receptionist.
- An AI voice agent on Retell AI or Vapi, with a phone number through Twilio
- Set up with your services, service area and the answers you approve
- Books into your calendar or Jobber
- Passes unusual calls to you by text summary or transfer
- Test calls before it goes live
- Connected to one business system; each extra system is from $499
- Documentation, a walkthrough and 2 weeks of support
Optional
Monthly support
Starts after the 2 weeks of support included with every build.
- Keeping your automations running
- Fixes when a connected app changes
- Small changes to wording, timing and rules
- A local person to ask when something looks off
- Includes 150 AI voice minutes a month plus normal text-model use, with any overage billed at cost
- Month to month: cancel anytime and keep everything we built
What every build includes
- A free 30-minute audit: by phone or video, naming 3 jobs worth automating
- A written scope: what the automation will and won't do
- A fixed price: agreed before any work starts
- A test version: you try it before any customer sees it
- Documentation: plain-English notes you keep
- A walkthrough: for you and whoever else uses it
- 2 weeks of support: fixes and small adjustments after launch
- Ownership: you own the workflows, prompts and documentation
- Free in-person visits across the GTA and Simcoe County: for the prototype demo, the walkthrough or anything easier face to face
What costs extra, and who you pay
- Software subscriptions: tools such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n cloud, Jobber, HubSpot or QuickBooks are billed by those companies, not by us
- Usage fees: texts and phone numbers through Twilio, plus AI voice minutes and AI usage beyond the allowance in monthly support
- Changes after approval: anything new gets its own price before we do it
We estimate the software and usage costs with you before you approve a build, and we'll use the tools you already pay for wherever we can. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
How do I know if an automation is worth the price?
Count the hours, then count the jobs. Two quick sums usually settle it.
Hours: for example, if someone spends 5 hours a week retyping orders into QuickBooks, that's about 260 hours a year. Put your own hourly cost against that, and compare it with the build price and the software it runs on.
Jobs: for example, if missed calls or unanswered quotes cost you even one job a month, multiply what a typical job is worth by twelve and compare that with the build price.
On the audit we go through this with your own numbers. If an automation won't pay for itself, we'll tell you, and suggest something that will or nothing at all.
Why fixed prices instead of hourly billing?
Because you should know what you're paying before you agree to it. A fixed price also puts the risk where it belongs: if the build takes us longer than planned, that's our problem, not yours. If you ask for something new partway through, you get a price for it first and decide whether to go ahead.
Pricing questions
Is the audit really free?
Yes. It's 30 minutes by phone or video, and there's no obligation. You'll hear which 3 jobs are worth automating, and what each would roughly cost, whether you hire us or not.
Do I pay anything for the prototype?
No. The prototype is free and there's no obligation. If you go ahead, you pay the fixed production price for a single automation or an AI agent, and the prototype work isn't added on top. If you don't, you owe nothing and keep a written summary of what it does and what the full build would cost.
Do I have to buy monthly support?
No. Every build comes with 2 weeks of support after launch. Monthly support after that is optional and month to month, so you can cancel anytime and keep everything we built. Without it, you can still ask for help when you need it and get a price before any work is done.
Can I buy one automation now and add more later?
Yes. Each job is priced on its own, so you can start with the one that matters most and add others once it's running. There's no package to buy.
Why is an AI phone receptionist priced differently from other automations?
It's a bigger build. A voice agent has to handle open-ended conversations, so it needs your answers, your booking rules and your hand-off rules set up and tested with real test calls. Most other automations follow a fixed set of steps.
What will the software and usage fees come to?
It depends on the tools and how busy you are. Some automations run on software you already pay for; others need a new subscription or pay-as-you-go fees for texts, calls or AI usage. Monthly support includes an allowance of AI voice minutes and everyday AI text use, shown on the support card above. We estimate everything else with you before you approve the build.
